This report typically includes and reveals the following:

Site Visit, Address Verification & Digital Photographs Report

Site Visit report is used verify if an entity is residing or operating from alleged premises. The prices quoted are based on a single site visit to a single address for one entity for an address provided by the client or pre-agreed upon.

This report typically includes and reveals the following:

• Sending ground agents to physically visit and inspect alleged premises.
• Check for commercial signage or names by visual means.
• Provide digital photographs of the premises exterior.
• Provide a description of the surrounding area of the location and of the actual site.
• Make enquiries where possible with other residents of the neighbourhood to ascertain their awareness of the subject’s operations or residence at the alleged premises.
• Email copies of photographs obtained together with the findings report.
